Booking Procedure

• All bookings are confirmed against Advance payment.

• Payment can be deposited in our current account in ICICI bank. Details will be sent through email or what’s app.

Arrival and Departure Policy

• Check-In-1300 hrs. Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

• Check-Out 1100 hrs

• Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

• The guests are required to fill an online check-in form a day prior to check-in. The form requires the Id proof to be submitted prior to check in. 

Cancellation Policy

• We offer full refund in case a booking is canceled 21 days prior to the reservation date.

• Premature departures are not refundable. 

Driver Policy

As a courtesy to fellow guests, we do not allow drivers to stay in the guesthouse. The guesthouse has no provision for their stay or washroom facilities; however should you need alternative accommodation, we would be happy to help you.

Guesthouse Do’s and Don’ts

• Being a guesthouse set-up we provide services from 7:00am until 10:00pm

• Washing of clothes is not allowed.

• In case guests choose to get food from outside, there are cleaning charges for cleaning utensils, dining area etc.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage being a wooden structure. There are designated areas for smoking which will be shown to the guests on check in.

• We have a quiet neighbourhood so putting up loud music after 11pm is not allowed.

• We provide home cooked meals at nominal prices. Since everything is made fresh, we need to know well in advance in case you choose to have any meal with us.

• We do not provide kitchen access, however, our staff would be happy to cater to your needs from 7:30am-9:30pm

• In winters, heaters (1 per room) are part of the package.

• Linen and towels are changed every alternate day.

• We can organize bonfire and barbecue on request.
